No other control panels (apart cPanel) do support the clustered DNS servers, as we do run the DNS servers on different nodes.

This would be a tough one. Does cPanel even do that? When we did our hardware rebuilds we simply suspended websites, that way there was no changes registered. It may have freaked some users out, but t

(1.a) Ability to resync files after migration to make sure all changes to DB and new email received by the old cPanel server during the DNS update are caught and migrated as well.

Are you forgetting about the lack of IPoAC DNS clustering? Definitely a NO-GO.

At WHT Patric from Rack911 asked which free panel community whats him to revue so I answered that

-Reverse DNS for IPv4 and IPv6

* DNS - This will allow users to edit the zones of the domains (from websites section). This will also allow admins to name master and slave servers and create custom nameservers.

DKIM work. More than 2 nameservers - not in the DNS Zone Wizard GUI. At least DNS records can be added easily though.

* Change in IP address, Modifying Name servers, DNS Clusters.

There is a plugin to use slave dns trough DA api without the need of second license

Yes it should be, just check the site URL carefully (that you didn't get redirected somewhere else via DNS).

Just need full DNS for the hostname, then. (Image)
