You should block tuta and other encrypted email service domains from registering, same for Tor IPs if you don't want people signing up using them. This just seems like bait.

If you're that constrained you won't be looking for colocation to begin with, you either have your vps at home and have whatever tunnel set up for it or try to rent a cheap vm.

I’m being completely transparent here. I did not just take a cheap VPS or bare metal server and start doing it quietly, which is what many people usually do. that why i'm looking in advance.
