As far as I know after getting DMCA'ed when using Cloudflare, they only forward complaints. They never deactivate your account because of DMCA, unless you are using too much of their free tier, e.g to

DMCA is important, and I also need one.

cloudflare never cares they only forward to host no matter how many dmca you get, they can reveal your info/ip address if they get court order so just make an account with vpn
