unfortunately I need to use the main account. seems like creating an FTP account doesn't also give it SSH access

there should be an email that is sent for the panel login & vps that has the same password, i had to change my password when i logged into the console

forgot password page is not desktop optimised, and doesn't send password reset mail either. Is your SSO not working or what?
