I have had and still have (but a newer and even more performant) netcup root server. The only reason its uptime is less than 1000+ days is that I updated it from time to time.

Agree with @jlet88 , from my perspectives in South East Asia to Europe has strong reputable connectivity between VPS or VDS in these three: Netcup, OVH, Hetzner. Hetzner more strict to new users join,

If I need to use it for a short time, I will choose Hetzner, but in the long term, I will choose Netcup because it is cheaper.

I am running it on some no-name hoster actually, for a while. But agreed, hetzner and netcup are no-go and honestly should be banned by Tor devs.

Find at least some unique provider that doesn't have a lot of Tor nodes on his network yet. We really do not need more Hetzner/Netcup relays.
