I'm looking for a cheap provider that can offer a residential IP. Since I'm a gamer, I want to avoid having my IP leaked. I'll install the VPN on the server myself, but I need the IP to be residential

What provider offers an actual Windows license with their Windows VPS? Got burned by some cheap providers who leave you with an evaluation copy of Windows without really advertising that.
