If its only for storing files, why not storage box ? It will be cheaper and way faster than setup vps. Either way files are stored on someone else hdd.

The site is a one-page site, so even shared hosting would be enough, or a VPS with around 4 GB RAM and 40GB+ SSD/NVME storage.
