That's complete nonsense, people who refuse DMCA will take action on copyright offences providing it's done the legal way (DMCA is not the legal way in europe)

We generally throw out most DMCA's since 99% of the time they're false. We get a lot of them for people "supposedly" torrenting only to find the IP isn't even assigned, etc.

So all I learned from this thread is that BuyVM ignores DMCA in their LU location? @Francisco ?
