As promised here are the benchmarks results of both the "new"/repaired NexusBytes / @Jord / @seriesn storage VPS and the LiteServer storage VPS.

You have a lot of options within that budget. I'd recommend either Hetzner or LiteServer.

Contabo and BuyVM are great but not as good as the 3 others for that price point. and Liteserver's network does not give them an advantage.

Liteserver, don't even think once, just buy it, using services from more than 5 years and absolutely awesome.
