I would recommend to get a normal vps and get a residential vpn from Torguard or a different provider. You can get them for around $40 per year, but they have some sales.

I imagine here the words 'VPN" and "proxies" are used interchangeably, not meaning literally a SOCKSv5 proxy and etc..

Use save VPN and nothing will leak that fast. You can all do yourself. It needs a VPS, there's plenty of it. A good and near location with good latency.

I don't use VPNs, but many of my friends who do say the internet is less and less usable as their VPN traffic is in some kind of "arms war" of being profiled as being VPN traffic.

We always allowed Tor exit relays, but our IPv4 ranges are actually filtered in Russia because of the prevalence of VPN/anonymizer users.

Using a 1.49eur Xeon VPS from them for a personal VPN, works pretty well. Haven't experienced issues yet

Its probably easier to get a normal vps then set the traffic to exit through a residential proxy or vpn.

can also create tun/tap interfaces. fine if vpn support is intentional, but customers can build tunnels and route around your nat/accounting controls. decide if that's actually what you want. check
