Not surprised, Contabo is pretty awful. Good luck getting a response from them in any reasonable amount of time.

contabo usa node network has issue,ticket sumbit more than 2 hours,no reponse yet. Can not boot or reboot from control pannel.

That's a bit of an exaggeration. Netcup isn't perfect, but comparing it to contabo isn't right.

Based on searching this LET these late 2 days , it seems Netcup had repeatable issues and YABS from 2020 showing the performance still in par with Contabo,

They would do nothing and leave your server offline, because it's OVH and support doesn't exist. They will advice you to buy a VPS at Contabo, because it's also 4,50.

Contabo used to be good years ago. Now they are more concerned about patching Kernels so you always see stealtime=0 (of course it may be 20-50% in reality) than really helping you if you have a proble
