Is this DNS poisoning or an IP/Network Layer-3 block? The server works in Europe, but times out from Iran. Trying to pin down whether this is DNS-level or IP-level blocking. A VPS (Hetzner / Contabo)

It does. If from the same VPS you use both TCP and UDP TCP will get 10gbps and UDP will get 10gbps at the same time.

ALLOW OR ACCEPT on your firewall rules. My VPN VPS projects require that hosts/IP address I put in my VPN must not be filtered or block by your firewall rules. Can your support team whitelist the IP

We have not revoke a single VPS. We changed IPs yes but VPSs that were running from last BF are still running now unless clients ask for a refund.

Wait for your VPS to be revoked to get you to be upsold to something higher, or it be out of commission for 4 months before they are back during Black Friday with phony deals again.
