Here (CrownCloud), we have 1 node with proxmox, it's pretty easy to add users to it and restrict permissions and stuff :-)

Dacentec seems good too. I have a VPS with crowncloud there. Happy with it, but not in production yet (bulk setup mode now and re-writing our installation process).

Crowncloud is pretty good. Use them in North Carolina (sold out at last check).

Tons of options. CrownCloud's last Baltimore offer is perfect, but they are kinda new. QuickPacket and SecureDragon are great alternatives, they both rock. Ramnode is also great, but they are too goo
