Same situation. I am not sure why my ISP was incorrectly flagged as residential proxy when I am not using a proxy/vpn. Is https://ip2proxy.com that reliable?

Technically can, geo-located IPs are real... But I prefer residential IP for home, might coax a friend in hosting a node for me...
