Netcup Root servers look great... but there is the 80mbps limit... so that is a deal breaker. About BuyVM it looks good but also a little out of my budjet.

Yes, the idea is to compare both without being fully loaded. netcup gives dedicated thread that should be better than a fully loaded E3.

I use netcup root KVM with 2 dedicated threads with E5-2680 v4 @ 2.40GHz and I'm very satisfied with the service.
