bunny.net offers something similar. $10/TB/location for their HDD lineup, but has an option to replicate on the region you select. They only support FTP though, so adding S3 API could be helpful.

cPanel is premium as for DA you can use free alternatives like example HestiaCP as functionality the same, all major tweaks you need to do via SSH.

but if incase of cpanel & DA, I haven't used cpanel for a while so idk about that but ya I like both and it depends on what you can afford as both are great.
