Aight gotcha. I'd still opt for a vps in this case as most webhosting AUPs are not very filehosting-friendly so to speak. Check out Netcup or Contabo. Both are solid providers with fair prices and the

netcup charges €4-6 for 4GB KVM icnluding 19% VAT, Wishosting - $6 for 6GB. I have no idea how much Swap comes with these plans. Check this thread out too.

@jvnadr I saw these RootServers from netcup, but from what I understand, I need to pay for an option (XMV) in order to be able to use virtualization. But I'm not sure if this option is needed for dock

@JF002 Also, if you want to setup proxmox and use only LXC, and/or use docker, you can grab a netcup's "root server" (KVM with dedicated cores). For ~8$ per month, you get 320GB SSD,

I also noticed Netcup with their Root Server, but I need to pay a supplement for VMX, which brings the price over my budget.
