with netcup ,around 45 USD can get a RS 6000 , or rise little more to RS 8000

Cores are E5-2680 v4 so not the highest passmark around. While using them 100% is fine and I like to recommend netcup often, they might not be the best fit here. Also they charge for upgrading the VM
