You can download Windows .iso files from Microsoft's website. Whether your VPS provider will mount it for you is a separate question. You may also need a Product Key or license code to install Windows

yes. right now they have windows server 2019 (trial) as ISO available, but you can also upload/use your own ISOs. you'll have to bring your own license though.

We do have that on most servers. Problem is you don't get it with a datacenter license, have to buy the license direct. The server receiving all new accounts today has that but I make no effort to tou
