In MXRoute I use Rclone sync for the daily copy of emails (also in cPanel accounts from another provider).

Does not really need to be a server, some sort of FTP / SSH storage would also be fine - But i need to be able to scale it pretty far in the future, and it needs to be stable and trustworthy long-term

Ellis had access up until @dp brought it up. He went on days not using the hostaris account(coz maybe was Ellis using it) and today he thought he would just change its password because they got caught

So only today, after my comment, you decided to change the password, when all this while you claim that the business was sold to you, being the sole owner and Ellis/Hypere has nothing to do with Hosta

They are two different products. Polarismail is mail service provider while you host @CrossBox yourself (likely on cPanel / DA server).

On top of that, each release of DA seems to have more and more issues. cPanel pricing really isn't suitable for anyone but a hosting provider.
