Well. At least being able to open it, instead of enjoying the error page for more than half an hour.

Perfectly accurate error message, it couldn't be applied (because it had already been used the number of times it was limited to).

It was due to a config error which was resolved. However, don't refresh too often as that will be trigger the mechanism and you have to solve captcha.

There knowledgebase also show me 404 error
