Weird generally apps remain unaffected by dns blocking but you can easily change dns on router level ..

when connected to the router if I don't change my dns to someone else on the device I can't get team viewer the app can't connect and logmein fails etc .... so I'm fairly sure its just DNS stuffing/re

Isnt that a new neutrality violation and what blocking method are they using just dns or dpi?

Because my isp knows far more than they should about me... they even tell me what websites I can and can't visit when using there dns (log me in, team viewer and so on are blocked)
