What about maple hosting? Contact them for a custom plan perhaps? I guess they handle dmca the way you like it.

I'm looking at ONETSOLUTIONS right now and they seem okay for what i need but i can't find any stuff about how they handle DMCA or if they're trustworthy.

USA is fine as well. Far as I know there's no laws over the content and if they're fake DMCA's then it's fake and not your fault, nor should I be punishing a customer over it.

I've been around the tubes for long enough to know how to spot fake DMCA's and I shit can all of them.
