It depends on the hosting plan (number of included + external domains allowed per plan).

I'm not sure is this some shady stuff from namecheap. I checked a domain, netcup says unavailable, dynadot says available, but wants €3384.85 for being premium lol. Meanwhile namecheap shows available

For extra storage you can find a cheap storage VPS and mount it as a network drive.

Some registrars have bulk check facilities, like namecheap. Looks like they support both .de and .eu lookup, so maybe try there. Namecheap calls it Beast mode.
