Crowncloud do 256MB KVM for $15/year in Germany

Seen some offers Torqhost and Crowncloud, but I am looking for east coast usa KVM provider.

and GUI software so more likely a £10-13 LEB (eg Crowncloud or Torqhost 256MB- if I could get a 128MB that would be great)

I also have one in Frankfurt (crowncloud) which gives me almost the same but for Australia I am getting like more than 300ms which doesn't not make sense to me.
