It's cheap. $7/yr for 500GB. It comes with DA - meaning some things, I can do it from my phone. I installed nextcloud on it, and it ran fine. I have mounted it to one of my VPS.

This way no one can realistically limit how much accounts/domains you are allowed to have. Literally unlimited (well as long as you don't run out of inodes/storage)

If you have at least 200 - 250 students then I think this is the right time to switch to at least a VPS instead of a cheap shared hosting.
