Myself did the same setup. But NextDNS can easily fetch the IP automatically I believe.

Am confused. I have configured NextDNS in my router too now. And I see an option to link IP on the setting page and I did. But my ISP also doesn't provide static IP.

I use NextDNS on my router and linked it with No-IP because I have dynamic IP. On phone, I use the Android's built-in Private DNS with Adguard.
