Definitely get in contact with both Amazon and the mfr. I had a $100 battery pack that suddenly stopped working. Got it replaced and told not to send it back for free.

Reach out anyway and explain. Either to the manufacturer or Amazon. You might get a refund or replacement without returning it.

Nope because I forwarded from US to SG (bought on Amazon US), so return is more or less impossible now
