Are netcup.de RootServers proper dedicated servers or some kind of VPS with dedicated cores?

netcup offer dedicated cores. Are you sure thats nothing? Try to use the resources like at netcup.. you will be surprised i think.

There's nothing wring with NetCup. Just make sure you are aware to the terms you are agreeing to.
