not at aluy, not anywhere. a provider mistake is unfortunate, but if the only copy of your work lives on one VPS, the risk is entirely on your side

I don't expect a small host to have 100% uptime. But I do expect them not to ignore explicit warnings, delete the wrong server, violate their own 7-day policy, and then offer 6 months free VPS for 4 m
