Consider switching to another provider instead. Once you check it out, you'll see that Contabo is really one of the poorest options available. They have issues with high CPU steal, poor network speeds

As far as I know, Contabo does not have any systems directly in Frankfurt. I only know the locations in Munich, Nuremberg and Düsseldorf in Germany.

Re "good or bad", you'll probably read both but more of the "they are bad" kind as there seem to be quite a few LET users who obviously hate Contabo.

What does Contabo mean by "EU location"? It's a large region and could mean very different pings depending on which country it is.

prices always increasing at every provider. Contabo, netcup. Hetzner. All of them increased and offered same service at a cheaper price.

Combined usage of around 150tb from 10 dedicated servers 5 of them ovh , 2 colocrossing, 1 heymann, 2 contabo

Half of the Turkey is already in Germany, so just get something like Hetzner or Contabo.
