A website is using my copyrighted content and when I searched for the hosting provider it said Fastly. I think Fastly is just acting as a proxy. I contacted Fastly but no response was received.

I'm not a fan of Cloudflare begging hosts to "whitelist their IPs" so that website flooding can go on unchecked at the hosting provider's expense.

Only if the provider is running their hosting on the same server as their DNS server.

Any half-decent shared hosting provider uses a panel that supports the Cloudflare API.

in the shared hosting panel dns section you can find the new ip address the host use for your domain

What OS are you running on your dedicated server?

IP ranges are classified as Corporate / Business, not datacenter/hosting.

Do you guys allow port 25, and if so, how is the email reliability of the hosting?
