* Done, after the DNS propagation time, my when visiting my domain it should load the webserver on the VPS.

will i need to install something on centos on the vps for this to work? i mean a dns server or something?

just use cloudflare, he.net dns, etc.

If this is just for some kind of bulk storage, then you don't need to DNS round robin: just have one server 301 redirect to others as load balancing.

DNS round robin load balance between multiple servers, probably cheaper.

Looks like this will be a re-occurring event. Just received the following:

Germany, Berlin (DNS:NET) 142.48 Mbit/s 73.06 Mbit/s 124.123 ms

You could monitor phishtank, openphish and urlscan.io's feed and detect if they're using your VPS based on the results of a DNS resolution.

73.31 Mbit/s 119.210 ms Germany, Berlin (DNS:NET) 161.25 Mbit/s 148.83 Mbit/s 124.181 ms Spain, Madrid (MasMovil) 172.67 Mbit/s 96.15 Mbit/s 117.411 ms Italy, Rome (Unidat

I still have a free outlook hosted domain which is no longer offered by Microsoft anymore, but I do not have DNS records (like mx records, spf, dkim etc) and can't seem to find it anywhere.

34.96 Mbit/s 129.969 ms Germany, Berlin (DNS:NET) 144.22 Mbit/s 106.25 Mbit/s 125.288 ms Germany, Munich (InterNetX) 145.48 Mbit/s 70.47 Mbit/s 133.082 ms Denmark, Copenh

Sorry to those who are using my OpenNIC dns service in NL which was hosted on a VPS with ViridWeb but will now be gone.

Manual reverse DNS [PTR] management

This VPS is great.
