Currently storing my linux ISOs on BuyVM's slice since 2019. No issues or downtime that I can recollect.

With BuyVM, it's always a bit hard to know for sure, given that they continue to list the packages. (I thought that it was "temporarily discontinued")

As for the stock issue, there are many stock notification systems that will let you know when BuyVM is in stock. On most days there is some new stock.
