Was thinking about that... It is necessary to use proxy/VPN while torrenting only from Private Trackers on a VPS?

Just use your own home machine if using VPN.

@labze Is it possible that you or the provider is throttling the vpn (openvpn protocol) on ryzen server?

Just use any other VPS provider. If you are using Private Trackers to download it, it should be fine. If not, just use a VPN.
