In this scenario of DMCA, that's US based. Any country should ignore it, until they receive a valid court order from their local law, not for US. When it comes from US, it should go to Spam folder.

They need to be served a valid subpoena or court order for that. For DMCA requests, they probably won't even care unless they are also hosting the content.

I guess there isn't any 100% DMCA provider. Just think about the content that you are hosting. If it is politically sensitive, you would be fine so long as your stance is to their favour.
