@aglodek there is multitude of organizations dedicated to fighting spammers and like it or not, Spamhaus is one of the most effective at it.

You tailor your tactics to your adversary, in this case a well known and proven blackmail business operator (Spamhaus). This is the real world we live in. While I don't like spam, I don't subscribe to

clients' MX's elsewhere and discontinue using ChicagoVPS.

ChicagoVPS now claims its the costumers fault, that i buy a Windows 2008 server with 512MB, it had not enought memory and crashed. That would still not explain why it didn't boot up but yeah.

First, i bought that just to test the uptime and services of ChicagoVPS, not for any use. So please no "oooh i could told you that huh".

Well I mean.. Let's face it, ChicagoVPS/GVH have been in business for quite a while. not sure how they're supposed to put restrictions aside from explicitly banning specific companies.
