Haven't experienced netcup's support tickets yet, the reputation online is positive for netcup but very negative for contabo

For me worst experience is with netcup and ovh they took more then 2 weeks to reply. From LET I waited long only for hosthatch and hostbrr but they replied with 4 to 5 working days which is acceptable

don't know what gonna happen if the hosting company just ignore the email，however many big companies in the EU will reply these complaint, like hetzner, netcup etc...

I personally think Netcup handles this very well: for individual users, the earnings generated through their affiliate program cannot be cashed out, but they can be applied as credits to offset future

OVH is usually a solid bet for Netherlands VDS with good network, also check out Netcup and IONOS.
