It's not customer's responsibility to secure the hypervisor. We expect failures and backups to be needed, but not because someone didn't set an IPMI password, or something alike.

I am extremely pleased with their services. I just bought an annual cpanel reseller package. I hope they don't compromise on quality.

15 accounts is $4/month at NOC pricing. A host is $48/year in cPanel costs alone. That leaves $60 for the dedicated IP and 10TB of bandwidth, and whatever space you're wanting.
