You'd have to obtain the Directadmin license your self, however.

We have PayPal subscription for our licenses. The one for SG doesn't renew automatically in their end, no idea why.

I think we need to mandate a license that verifies you're capable of understanding how VPS's/dedi's work in the low end.

So i have only processed Tickets yet from Hospital via Phone WHMCS App but not any such Action. Trust me. Other Staff not have this permission on Whmcs.

İts integrated with WHMCS you can see from products section. You can perform actions like Restart, Start/Stop, Reinstall from control panel.

What's the control panel? Or just integrated within WHMCS?

try unblocking the other ip via WHMCS?(if myw offers that)
