+1 MXRoute @jarland

@mailcheap is OK in my books, even though Pavin raised the prices recently. MXRoute works quite well (does have an EU presence), and I have no hesitations in recommending either

In Europe, try @mxroute, @mailcheap or go directly with OVH Email hosting.

+1 mxroute, cant go wrong with them.

Mxroute

Not sure what you mean by baremetal email hosting, but I would use Exchange online or MXRoute @jarland for all my email hosting now...

Gestiondbi, buyvm, mxroute

I can beat @Aidan's price: for only $100/month, I'll send you as a reminder an encrypted text file with all of your passwords on the last day of every month. +$1 if you want the file sent via mxroute.

In no particular order, HostUS, Gestion DBI and BuyVM. Honorable mention for MXRoute. All awesome service providers!

I took care of that by going MXRoute/MailCheap after migrating to Porkbun. (Image)
