We don’t even have panel, because VNC doesn’t work so there’s no way to perform initial installation.

2 months later, VPS can't be pinged, not even sure when it went down as it was idler, panel shows server online and offline randomly, CPU usage goes between 100% and 8% randomly also.

yeah, I confirm this. I didn't get any noti. But specs in client dashboard, and specs in vps mange panel are changed. also check in terminal if you already installed OS,
