It may be a particular problem of Rocky Linux, now I cannot use vnc from control panel (even port 5961 is open) and backup error too.

This is not correct, the system does not halt, it's only logged as an uncorrectable error. Speaking from tons of experience....

@TimboJones ECC RAM / parity checking would halt the system if the error can't be corrected. There is not much example or info about this, but research parity checking along with ECC.
