You'd have to obtain the Directadmin license your self, however.  

OVH because they’ve never asked for my drivers license for an idling $3 vps.

We have PayPal subscription for our licenses. The one for SG doesn't renew automatically in their end, no idea why.

I think we need to mandate a license that verifies you're capable of understanding how VPS's/dedi's work in the low end.
