I am using namecrane and mxroute both for my domains I would say namecrane was 10 time better in terms of spam filtering and no email lost . Support was fairly quick to my tickets.

If you use such service for business - it is entirely your own fault. Email service stability and competence can only be observed throw time. Choose time proven service providers. I use mxroute.

I would recommend using panel.mxroute.com. However, you'll see that all of my documentation is still for DirectAdmin. Fortunately I feel like the new panel needs less documentation.
