I would suggest Crowncloud.net for a VPS in Germany. I've used them a couple of times and still have a VPS, very stable, fast and support is always available.

Upon checking Test IP, I see that it's the Same Network that CrownCloud Uses (I use them). Uplink is important as 100 Mbit & 1 Gbit is too far different, you know ! Which mix Server you use ??
