@The_Sage do you have another VPS to test long standing connections with? It could be a NAT/conntrack issue on your side/by your ISP (i.e. you router/CGNAT changing the source port).

My advice would be, grab any 4G vps cheapest you can find with 25 port incoming open. Install HestiaCP. Use outgoing relay. You can use mxroute for outgoing also since you have the plan. Or zepto 2.50
