Your problem would be the DMCA ignore part. Most reputable providers simply won't ignore all copyright infringement notices. There are some exceptions, sure - but many would not risk it all for a 40EU

I run VPN servers, so DMCA is an annoyance. I found some of the listed VPS providers suspend your services before I could investigate and respond.

They ignore DMCA cause they own their own internet/own ISP or something. No problems with DMCA on PulsedMedia.
