As per our experience (we're working in a high-risk hosting niche), there's no hosts who can completely ignore DMCA. Maximum what they can is to give you couple of days to fix problem.

Not hostslick, I don't know what happened there but they ignore everything, communication is the worst, service is the worst.

So, no more "dmca free" hosting there (norway) i assume?
