When I was searching for BlueVM on Colorado's registered business entity search I noticed they have just dissolved on May 19th. Is this truly the end or just another step in the acquisition ChicagoVPS

BlueVM is sold to ChicagoVPS.

@miki they were bought by ChicagoVPS it will take them a while to get round to the back log of what I would expect to be 10,000+ tickets.

Well, as @joepie91 found out last night it's confirmed that they're owned by ChicagoVPS. I'll let the rest of you make of that what you will.

Well if you're talking about web hosting companies, you can start with hostwinds and chicagovps. Both pretty well known for ignoring spam complaints about their promotions.

ChicagoVPS have thousand of customers. It's normal to find unhappy customers. I don't see ChicagoVPS has a terrible provider, at all.

This downtime has nothing to do with the quality of ChicagoVPS, and only directly related to abuse.

negative reviews. The hidden whois info on the chicagovps.net is a major red flag for me. Shame they look like they offer some really good deals.
